Table pricing, setup times, policies, and exhibitor rules for High Caliber Gun & Knife Shows.

Show Hours

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Vendors are required to stay until the show is over. No early load out.

Vendor Setup

  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Table Pricing & Payment

  • $100 per table
  • Invoice paid in advance
  • Includes: 8 ft. table & chairs
  • No cancellation within 2 weeks of the show date

Roll Policy

  • Vendors will not be allowed to roll two consecutive shows
  • Rolls will not be accepted within 2 weeks of the show date

Merchandise

Gun & Knife merchandise only.

Exhibitor Agreement Summary

The following summarizes key exhibitor rules and expectations. Full agreement terms may be provided at check-in or with invoices.

  • All firearms and weapons must be unloaded at all times.
  • All firearms must be tied in a manner that renders them nonfireable.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed at any time.
  • Ammunition must remain sealed in boxes or bags.
  • No illegal knives or prohibited weapons.
  • All exhibitors must comply with applicable laws.

  • Exhibitors must remain in the building during show hours.
  • If an emergency requires leaving early, notify management.
  • Show hours: Sat 9–5, Sun 10–4.
  • Setup access: Fri 10–7, Sat 7:30–8:30.

  • Aisles must remain clear.
  • Nothing may be placed in aisles beside tables.
  • Merchandise must remain on or below tables.
  • Badges are limited.
  • Management may remove unsuitable materials.

  • Weapon discharge may result in eviction.
  • Alcohol, loaded weapons, or illegal items may result in bans.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their staff.
  • High Caliber is not responsible for goods/property.
